When sharing with team members, you can assign different permission levels:
Viewer

Quick Sharing
The fastest ways to share from any report or dashboard:
- Click the Share button in the top-right corner of any report or dashboard
- Choose sharing method:
- Copy link to clipboard
- Invite team member by email
- Set up scheduled export
- Get embed code (Business)
- Configure settings (permissions, password, expiry)
- Share!
Security Considerations
- • All shared links use HTTPS encryption
- • Password-protected links add an extra layer of security
- • You can revoke shared links at any time
- • Link expiry dates prevent indefinite access
- • Audit logs track who accessed what (Business plan)
