Profile Settings
Customize your profile information and preferences.
Accessing Your Profile
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Settings
- You're on the Profile tab by default
Basic Information
Display Name
The name shown to your team members and in shared reports. This can be different from your legal name.
To change: Click the name field, edit, and save.
Email Address
Your primary email for account access and notifications. Used for login if you didn't sign up with OAuth.
To change: Click Change Email, enter new email, verify with the code sent to your new address.
Avatar / Profile Picture
Upload a photo or image to personalize your profile. Appears next to your name in comments, team lists, and shared content.
To change: Click your current avatar → Upload New → Select an image (JPG, PNG, max 5MB).
Preferences
Timezone
Used for scheduled exports, data timestamps, and dashboard auto-refresh times.
- Select from the dropdown list
- Use "Detect automatically" to use your browser's timezone
- All times in the app will display in your selected timezone
Language
Change the interface language. DATIRA supports:
- English
- 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese)
- 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese)
- Deutsch (German)
- Français (French)
- 日本語 (Japanese)
- 한국어 (Korean)
- Español (Spanish)
- Português (Portuguese)
- العربية (Arabic)
Date & Number Format
Customize how dates and numbers appear:
- Date format: MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD
- Number format: 1,234.56 or 1.234,56
- Currency: Default currency symbol for new reports
Theme
Choose your visual preference:
- Light — White background
- Dark — Dark background (easier on eyes in low light)
- System — Follows your OS preference

Control what emails you receive from DATIRA:

Note: Security-related notifications (login from new device, password changed) are always sent and cannot be disabled.
